The of the Margarita, with a straw director Shonali Bose, looped in actor Abhishek Bachchan for her next aspiring project which was based on the real-life story and it had been making rounds on the internet for quite some time now. However, according to the latest buzz, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan asked Abhishek not to take up the project. According to the reports by Zoom TV Aishwarya Rai Bachchan feels hubby Abhishek should refrain from playing such roles and instead should opt for a character like Manmarziyan where he gets to explore more as an actor.
Well, just when the news of Aishwarya not being too keen for hubby Abhishek to play this role became the topic of discussion on the internet, however, Aishwarys’s team released a statement denying any such reports.
The statement read, “Aishwarya Rai Bachchan not too keen for Abhishek Bachchan to sign Shonali Bose’s next film has been doing rounds on the internet. To clear the record Abhishek Bachchan has refused this particular film and it’s a low down tactic to drag Aishwarya’s name in this context.”
Looks like this will stop the rumours as netizens finally have their answers.
The plot of the film reportedly revolved around the life of Aisha Chaudhary who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis at the tender age of 13 and has been a motivational speaker. She left the world in 2015 while she was only 18-years-old. She even wrote a book named ‘My Little Epiphanies’.
While The Secret Superstar and Dangal fame Zaira Wasim has been approached to play Aisa Chaudhary, Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra were in talks to play the parents.
