PM Narendra Modi Completes #HumFitTohIndiaFit Challenge Posed By Virat Kohli, Watch Video

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has finished the “Hum Fit Toh India Fit” challenge which was earlier posed to him by Indian skipper Virat Kohli. In an around the two-minute long video posted by the official handle of Mr Modi he has shown his routine exercises which involve yoga and a walk on the grass that enhances body’s flow and involves all the five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Sky.

In his tweet, Prime Minister wrote: “Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature – Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice
breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was nominated by Virat Kohli. The Delhi dasher had picked PM Modi, his wife Anushka Sharma and former Indian captain MS Dhoni for the fitness challenge.

“I have accepted the #FitnessChallenge by Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore sir. Now I would like to challenge my wife @AnushkaSharma, our PM @narendramodi ji and @msdhoni bhai for the same. #HumFitTohIndiaFit #ComeOutAndPlay,” Virat had tweeted.

The Prime Minister had earlier replied to Kohli that he has accepted the challenge and told will post a video soon.

The Indian skipper was initially nominated by Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore who had started this fitness challenge keeping in mind to motivate youth to stay healthy. Rathore had urged Indians to shoot a video of their “fitness mantra” and share it on social media to raise awareness.
