It seems that there is no stopping Reliance Jio and while on one hand, the Mukesh Ambani-led company is offering JioPhone at an effective price of zero rupees under the JioPhone Monsoon Humgama offer, it has also launched a new recharge pack for JioPhone users. The Reliance Jio Rs. 99 prepaid recharge plan was announced on Friday, July 20, a day before the JioPhone Monsoon Humgama offer goes live.

While the Reliance Jio Rs. 99 prepaid recharge plan will be exclusive to all JioPhone users, it will offer 500MB of daily 4G, unlimited voice calling (local, STD and roaming) and 300 SMS for the whole validity period of 28 days. Reliance Jio has also announced the Rs. 594 Jio Phone recharge, which comes with a validity of  6 months and subscribers will be able to consume unlimited voice as well as data. However, the Jio Rs. 594 recharge doesn’t come with the text messages benefit.

On the other hand, the JioPhone Monsoon Hungama offer will go online on 21 July at 5:01 pm and under this offer, you can buy a barnd new smartphone at just Rs. 501 and you will also need to exchange an old feature phone in order to avail this feature. While your old feature phone needs to be in working condition, it should also have been on sale on or after January 1, 2015.

With the JioPhone Monsoon Hungama offer, the company is looking to completely dominate the Indian feature phone industry as the JioPhone can be purchased at just Rs. 501, while the amount is further refundable after a period of three years, however, you will also have to return your phone as well in order to avail the refund.
